We respect our customers’ privacy and right not to be spammed or advertised to. Therefore we do not email you unless regarding your order.
Users who wish to learn about substantial site updates can join our mailing list. We do not disclose your email address to any third party; users can remove themselves from our mailing list at any time by following the instructions found at the bottom of newsletter emails.
By adding yourself to the mailing list, you will not be bombarded. We only email out 3-4 times per year.
Delivery to your doorstep
We deliver Worldwide now for only £5.00 delivery fee (free delivery within UK). Due to volume of business, it’s not always possible to supply goods within 14 working days but that's our aim within the UK (up to 28 working days Worldwide).
In the Uk orders are delivered by the royal mail "recorded" service and will require a signature. If you don't think there will be anyone in at the card holders address at time of delivery, please add an alternative delivery address where the parcel can be signed for securely. Deliveries cannot be left in sheds, porches or other places, they must be signed for.
Orders status may be checked once placed through the website via our online "order status" system. If you have any queries about your order, please contact us via the email form on the "say" page
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
What if it doesn't fit?
Returns- All goods to be returned as delivered ( unworn ) for a full refund. Postage costs to be paid by customer.
For UK customers we recommend Recorded delivery ( covers up to £41.00) as proof of posting or Special delivery ( over £41.00), use of either of these is up to the customer., but customer accepts full responsibility for lost item if it is not covered .
For UK – return within 28 days of invoice date.
Rest of the world - return within 6 weeks of invoice date.
Please send the parcel back to the “Returns Dept, Vintage Clothing Co” at the address on the top left of the invoice, include with the goods the original invoice with the card receipt attached. Also enclose a note stating whether a refund is required, or if an exchange what to exchange for.
