Vintage Barbour waxed jacket produced for use by the British military while this jacket wasn't standard issue a lot of service people would buy them and wear it as part of uniform due to the standard issue waterproofs being of very poor quality - the contracts for the military were short lived in the 80s with the adoption of Goretex materials. The label displaying two royal crests as aposed to one would date this item around the mid 80s.
